“Moments of 18” follows the lives of youths as they try to pursue their best lives, and the series has already captivated viewers in just two episodes. Ong Seong Wu, Kim Hyang Gi, and Shin Seung Ho have been praised for their honest and raw portrayals of teens going through emotional turmoil.
The new stills show Choi Joon Woo (played by Ong Seong Wu) and Yoo Soo Bin (played by Kim Hyang Gi) looking lost in thought as they get drenched in the rain. Joon Woo’s sorrowed eyes and injuries on his face signal that something bad has happened. Soo Bin also looks like she is on the verge of tears as she trudges through the rain, showing a deeply sorrowed side viewers haven’t seen before from her.
Joon Woo and Soo Bin come face to face with each other, and Joon Woo tries to shield Soo Bin from the rain, using his hands as a makeshift umbrella. A heart-fluttering tension runs between the two as he does his best, and the moment seems to reflect how the two are like a small umbrella for each other in the sad and harsh realities of life.
